As face coverings become mandatory in shops and supermarkets from July 24th, a print firm in Hailsham is supporting shops by providing some essential notices.

The vinyl stickers, advising customers to wear face coverings are being produced by Print Matters, based in Lower Dicker. They are being offered free-of-charge to local shops and businesses so they can notify customers of the new rules.

Owner, Matt Bigwood said; “I decided to produce and offer free stickers to local shops and businesses because I think everyone wants to be able to get back to something approaching normal, but it is so important that staff and customers stay safe. I am hoping these stickers will help get that message across. It is just something we, as a local company, can do to help our community in these difficult times.

Print Matters is one of the newest members of the Hailsham District Chamber of Commerce as well as the Uckfield and Heathfield groups.

Shop owners can pick-up the free stickers from Thursday 23rd July from Stevens and Carter Estate Agent’s at 47 High Street.
